Marketing Campaign

This project consisted of a complete marketing campaign for the first private online auction of specialty coffees in Burundi, organized by JNP Coffee.

Media Hit handled various aspects of the campaign, including audiovisual production, editing, animation, social media management, online advertising, press articles, branding, printables, email marketing, among others.

JNP Coffee, through its social contribution program Dushime Premium®, raised funds in this auction for the development of infrastructure for coffee farmers in Burundi, Africa.

The auction was successful and the funds raised were used to improve the living conditions of local farmers and promote sustainable coffee production in the region.

The audiovisual production included several promotional videos, highlighting the beautiful lands of Burundi, the dedication of its coffee growers producing the best coffee beans and their excellent quality.

In terms of social media management, campaigns were created on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Linked In and Twitter to promote the auction and attract interested buyers. Online advertising included ads on Meta, Google and Youtube, as well as relevant websites and niche influencers to reach the audience interested in specialty coffee and auctions.

In addition, press articles were written and distributed to generate visibility for the event and attract investors interested in supporting Burundian farmers.

Additionally, a branding strategy was developed to create a consistent and recognizable image for the auction. Designing printable materials, such as catalogs and luxury boxes, to promote the auction at cuppings and fairs related to the coffee industry.

In summary, Media Hit carried out a comprehensive and successful campaign for the organization of the first private online auction of specialty coffees in Burundi, raising funds to improve the infrastructure of coffee farmers and support sustainable production in the region.
